Hierdie webblaaie dra inligting oor die
Suid-Afrikaanse CONRADIE familie se genealogiese geskiedenis.
Hierdie CONRADIEs is almal nasate van stamvader Friederich Henrich CONRADIJ van Marburg (teenswoordige Duitsland) gebore gedurende 1668. Hy het op Vrydag 21 Januarie 1689 as VOC soldaat in die Kaap voet aan wal gesit; het op Dinsdag 1 Januarie 1692 'n Vryburger van Cabo de Goede Hoop geword; en het op 7 Oktober 1703 met Hermina HARMENSZ van Dodewaard, Gelderland (Holland) getrou. Hulle het twee seuns gehad, maar alle Suid-Afrikaanse CONRADIEs stam af van die eerste seun, Johannes Henricus, wat op 21 September 1710 in die NG kerk van Cabo de Goede Hoop (nou Kaapstad-gemeente) gedoop is. Tans is die spelling van hierdie nasate se van CONRADIE, maar aanvanklike spellings was CONRADI, CONRADIJ, COENRAAD, CONRAADS, COENRADI and COENRADIE.

You have found the webpages which give access to some genealogical information about the South African CONRADIE family.
These are the descendants of South African progenitor Friederich Henrich CONRADIJ, born during 1668 in Marburg, (present day Germany). He set foot at Cape the Good Hope Cabo de Goede Hoop (South Africa) as a VOC soldier on Friday 21 January 1689; He left VOC service to became a Vryburger at the Cape on 1 January 1692, and married Hermina HARMENSZ on 7 October 1703. They had two sons, but all South African CONRADIE's stem from their 1st son Johannes Henricus, baptized in the Dutch Reformed Church at Cabo de Goede Hoop (presently Cape Town) on 21 September 1710. Presently the descendants all go under the surname of CONRADIE, but initial spellings were CONRADI, CONRADIJ, COENRAAD, CONRAADS, COENRADI and COENRADIE.
